So much of the information out there is overwhelming, contradictory, and often just doesn't stick, because it isn't built around you.

Metabolic balanced eating is different. It isn't a diet or a rulebook or a quick fix. It's a way of cooking and eating that works with your body, not against it. Real food, real flavour, and a rhythm that fits your actual life.

Hi, I'm Agnes. For more than seven years, while living with cancer, I have learned to eat in a way that steadies blood sugar and calms inflammation, and it changed how I feel every single day. More energy, more steadiness, a body that finally felt like it was working with me rather than against me.

That's what I teach, and that's what we have build together.

Metabolically balanced eating focuses on nourishing your body with the right balance of protein, healthy fats, fibre-rich carbohydrates and colourful vegetables at each meal. It also considers portion sizes, meal timing, hydration, minimally processed foods, and your individual health goals, preferences and lifestyle. Rather than following restrictive diets or counting calories, it encourages satisfying, sustainable meals that fit naturally into everyday life.

I'm Agnes, and this started with my own kitchen.

Eight years of living with cancer taught me a lot about what food can do. But the more I learned, the more I wanted to share it, because it wasn't only helping me.

In our family we've also faced pre-diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver, and a developing heart condition. Alongside good medical care, paying attention to what we eat and when has helped us bring each of them back under control. When big health worries arrive, there's real comfort in knowing that some things are still ours to shape, starting right there on the plate.

This is where I share everything I've learned: personalised meal plans for you and your family, one-to-one chats about your own challenges, a growing library of free resources, and a blog where I write honestly about turning my life around.
