/ WHO WE ARE

Behind the Diaries

The Metabolic Kitchen Diaries began the way most honest things do — quietly, out of necessity, in a kitchen.

It started with a question many of us eventually ask: what is food actually doing inside my body? Not in theory. Not on a label. But in real life — in energy, in mood, in recovery, in how a body feels at the end of a long day.

This platform is the answer that emerged, written one meal at a time.

We are a food-first, education-led, lived-experience platform. We share recipes, meal plans, and metabolic health guides for people who are curious about how food affects their body.

We are not a clinic. We are not a treatment programme. We are not a replacement for your doctor, oncologist, or registered dietitian.

Every body is different. Experiment. Listen. Discover what works for you.

“Real Food. Real Testing. Real Results.”

/ FOUNDER

Meet Agnes

Agnes is a teacher, a baker, a trained nurse, and a software professional with more than 25 years in sales and marketing. It's an unusual blend — and it's exactly what makes The Metabolic Kitchen Diaries what it is.

The teacher in her wants to make complex ideas land simply. The baker in her believes food should bring joy, not anxiety. The nurse in her respects the body and the seriousness of caring for it. And the marketer in her knows how to cut through noise — particularly the noise of an industry full of fads, fear, and false promises.

Then came the part of her story that changed everything: a cancer journey. Alongside medical treatment and physical activity, a metabolic and anti-inflammatory approach to food became a quiet but powerful part of her recovery — supporting energy, healing, and a transformed relationship with eating.

The Metabolic Kitchen Diaries was born from that lived experience. Real food. Real testing. Real results. Shared openly, so others can experiment, learn, and discover what works for their own body.

/ MEDICAL ADVISOR & SCIENTIFIC REVIEWER

Meet Noemi

Behind every piece of content sits a layer of care most platforms skip.

Noemi is an oncologist who reviews the science shared on The Metabolic Kitchen Diaries — making sure the nutritional information here is grounded in current research, accurately represented, and responsibly communicated.

Her role is to keep us honest: to check the studies behind a claim, and to flag what's settled science, what's emerging, and what's simply one person's experience.

Noemi does not provide medical advice through this platform, and nothing here should be taken as such. Her involvement is about scientific integrity — not clinical consultation.
