CGM Compass Follow-Up
A second conversation, once you've seen what your own two weeks had to say.
The sensor may come off eventually. What's left is the observations, a few meals that behaved beautifully, one or two that genuinely surprised you, and usually a handful of afternoons you're still turning over. You may have reacted to workout in an interesting way. That's the moment most people wish they had someone to talk it through with, and it's the moment the app is least helpful, because an app can show you a line but it can't tell you what to cook on Tuesday.
This is that conversation. Fifty minutes, one-to-one, spent entirely on what you actually saw: which meals sat steady, which ones didn't and why that might be, whether it was the food itself or the order you ate it in, the time of day, the walk you did or didn't take afterwards. Bring your notes, your screenshots, your half-formed theories, the meal you're convinced is fine but aren't quite sure about. We'll go through it together and work out what's genuinely worth carrying forward into your ordinary weeks.
Afterwards I'll send you a short written summary: what came out of our conversation, the handful of things that seem to work for you, and one or two things worth staying curious about.
Some people book this the week their first sensor comes off or gets swapped, while everything is fresh. Others leave it a few months, live with what they learned, and come back when the questions have changed. Both work well. There's no right time and no expectation that you'll have done anything perfectly in between.
What's included:
one 50-minute video call, one-to-one
a short written summary sent to you afterwards
continued access to the WhatsApp group for ideas and sharing
Please note: this is a follow-up to CGM Compass and assumes we've already had our first call together. It doesn't include a new meal plan, if you'd like a fresh two weeks of meals, those are available separately. And as with the first call, this isn't suitable for anyone living with diabetes (of any type) or a serious liver or heart condition; your readings deserve the guidance of your GP or specialist team, which sits beyond what this primarily food-education call can responsibly offer.
